Absolutely not, our in house closing specialist will alert you approximately 60 days prior to closing to start setting everything up and our title company partner will work with you to set up a mobile notary to meet at the time and location of your choice for the signing of all closing documents.

Will I see visual updates on my property?

Yes! We utilize BuilderTrend software where you will have your own portal to access your documents, weekly update pictures, permit, and all other items related to your investment property. If you are purchasing and/or own more than one property with us, all your investments will be linked together in one owner portal for easy access

What are the typical closing costs?

For a cash closing, the costs are typical around 1.25% of the purchase price. If you will be financing your purchase, there will be additional fees and costs from your lender.

What types of land do you build on?

We build on all types of land, but specifically in-fill lots scattered throughout developing areas in our markets. We also build and develop subdivisions and quad communities on larger tracts of land.

Can you build on my lot?

There are many variables to consider with this question (i.e. zoning, location, utility access, etc), however, we are happy to discuss these with you and see what mutually beneficial conclusion we can come up with!
