Why I Host These Sessions
I started doing these masterclasses because I genuinely enjoy breaking down what I’ve learned over the last 25 years in real estate—owning hundreds of properties, working with thousands of investors, and navigating the ups and downs of the market. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to figure out what’s “right” in this space, and my goal is to make it simpler and more transparent.

We talked a lot about fundamentals. In a world full of hype, our approach is intentionally boring—and that’s a good thing. We focus on repeatable, proven systems that prioritize long-term returns over short-term thrills. I shared how our team got into new construction after years of working with existing properties, and how that shift has created better outcomes for our investors.
Allison, who many of you already know, joined me during the session. She’s been helping build investor portfolios with us for nearly a decade and brought great insights from her own experience.
