What is Fee Build?

SIH offers comprehensive construction solutions, managing every phase of the development process - from product design, bidding, and permitting to full-scale horizontal development and vertical construction. Our services are available on an a la carte basis, allowing partners to engage us where they need support most, all structured around clearly defined pricing and performance benchmarks. In cases, SIH can also provide debt and equity participation, creating a fully integrated partnership approach for qualified projects.
