*Summer Incentive valid from August 1, 2026, through September 7, 2026, on all Southern Impression Homes inventory, subject to availability. To qualify, the Purchase and Sale Agreement must be fully executed and the required buyer deposit must be received by Seller on or before September 7, 2026. Transactions with a Purchase and Sale Agreement executed before August 1, 2026, are not eligible for this incentive.
For each qualifying transaction, an eligible real estate broker will receive the standard 3% commission plus an additional $2,000 incentive. There is no limit on the number of qualifying transaction incentives an eligible broker may earn. The additional $2,000 incentive will be paid at the same time and in the same manner as the applicable commission is paid following a successful closing.
The incentive is earned and payable only upon closing. No commission or additional incentive will be due if the Purchase and Sale Agreement is canceled, terminated, rescinded, or otherwise fails to close. All commissions and incentives payable in connection with the activities of a licensed real estate sales associate must be paid through the sales associate’s employing broker and remain subject to the applicable brokerage agreement, registration requirements, and governing law.

Approved referring partners will receive their standard compensation plus an additional $2,000 for each qualifying transaction, subject to the terms of their applicable written referral or partner agreement. A referring partner must be approved by Southern Impression Homes and properly registered as the referral source before the Purchase and Sale Agreement is executed. Southern Impression Homes may reject duplicate, incomplete, late, or competing registrations and will determine the recognized referral source in its sole discretion.
This incentive may not be assigned, transferred, redeemed before closing, or combined with any other broker, Realtor, referral-partner, commission, or compensation incentive unless expressly approved in writing by Southern Impression Homes. Southern Impression Homes reserves the right to verify eligibility, interpret the terms of this incentive, and modify, suspend, or terminate the incentive at any time; however, any modification, suspension, or termination will not affect a transaction that previously satisfied all eligibility requirements unless otherwise permitted by the applicable agreement or required by law.
